Yes. We carry general liability insurance and send a certificate naming your company or property manager before the event, along with a W-9.
A 4-hour event comfortably serves 25–40 people for the sauna and plunge and 50–80 for the golf simulator. We add equipment for larger teams.
Two to four weeks is typical. December, end-of-quarter and summer Fridays book up first, so earlier is better for those dates.
